Processing time

Colin Charles processes your order within 1 to 2 business days after your payment has been received.

Delivery time

After your order has been dispatched, delivery takes 4 to 7 business days. The total estimated delivery time is 5 to 9 business days from the date you place your order.

Colin Charles provides free shipping on every order to the United States.

Order cutoff time

The order cutoff time for all orders in the US is 2:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed on the next business day.

How we ship

We use USPS and trusted international shipping partners to deliver Colin Charles orders. Within 24 hours after dispatch, we will email you a tracking link.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package has not arrived within 15 business days after dispatch, please contact Colin Charles. We will either send you a replacement or provide a full refund.

Customs, duties and taxes

All prices shown include applicable taxes for orders delivered within the United States. Customers placing international orders outside the United States are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
